Team Leader SUT Class: who’s up for it?
I have some ideas. 3 days. Planning, troop leading, combat estimate, field SUT training.
I’m thinking some dynamic leadership SUT. It would be controlled force on force, with designated and briefed enemy in order to train certain scenarios.
At the MVT training site, under the pavilion and in the field.
Prerequisites: CTT and CP.

I think there is an extreme need for such a course. All the topics you listed above are great – decision making, tactical decision games (TDG), etc would be great. Your idea for the FoF leadership “lanes” sounds a lot like a live action TDG. I like it.
Unfortunately, I could not commit to coming in 2015. I am doing CTT + CP this year, and while I may be able to make one more class later this year in the fall or winter, I can’t concretely say I will.
But you, of course, don’t need this class. Those that do, probably won’t come!

I think it’s an excellent, and logical, addition to the progression path. It will be a while before I’d be eligible.
I’m down for early 2016. I was thinking about doing the urban course in early 2016, but I might prefer this. I am eligible, and I need it. Pricing?
