Upcoming Training Events: 2026

I’m hoping everyone had a Merry Christmas and you are getting through the winter cold, looking forward to warmer temperatures. I have not posted much lately, but MVT is still out here and we have a full schedule for 2026 to look forward to.

Mid-February is the annual Texas adventure, with a HEAT 1 Combat Tactics class and the Alumni Live Fire Class, both of which are full and looking great. This annual Texas event is definitely something that should be looked at as a destination class that MVT Alumni should be considering.

March is the first of the weekend-long Combat Lifesaver classes. This is based around teaching the Military Combat Lifesaver curriculum, after which there will be a number of tactical exercises using airsim weapons, to simulate a combat environment and the need to treat the wounded under pressure.

The training year is made up of the mutually-complimentary live fire and airsim classes that together give you an excellent basis in tactical training. The initial live fire class is HEAT 1 Combat Tactics, followed by HEAT 2 Combat Patrol and HEAT 3 Night Operations, all following a natural progression that is strengthened by attendance on airsim classes such as Squad Tactics. Most classes are four days long with the exception of some shorter weekend classes.
