Review: Combat LifeSaver Class – Brian
Combat Lifesaver Student Review
From Brian
Everyone on their first deployment or combat action rationalizes that death and being wounded won’t happen to them. However, reality is something different. Just ask those who deployed a second time for they have seen the harsh truth. Therefore, a second
truth–you and all your team members must attend this training.
My two years in combat found me doing many pressure dressings. As effective as pressure dressings can be, you need the MARCH care protocol as taught by Max.
Max’s training with First Sergeant brought all my disparate knowledge about tactical casualty care into a fluid, orderly process with lots of practice.
The tactical piece was great as well. You will understand clearly the transition from fighting to care and perhaps back into fighting with leadership opportunities to challenge your decision making.
If you think you are covered medically, think again. A 5-Star training; a must priority!
