Instructional Video: Mobility – Quick Reaction Force Scenario

This was a training scenario at the Texas Combat Team Tactics / Mobility Class February 2015.

A vehicle security patrol comes under enemy contact and their vehicle is immobilized. They return fire and call the Quick Reaction Force (QRF).

The QRF arrives in two pick-up trucks. The dismounts begin to fight through the enemy, while the unarmored vehicles move out of the immediate contact area to a flank where the crews can provide support by fire.

The enemy infiltration is defeated by training, readiness and aggression!

If you have a defended location, ideally you have enough personnel to conduct a rotation consisting of:

Observation Post(s) / Sentry Positions.
Security Patrolling (Ground Domination Activity)
Quick Reaction Force (QRF)
Rest
