I thought it would cool to post the results of the fitness test before classes.
I did mine today. I decided I’d warm up for the test by doing the community workout at the cross fit gym I go to. That was not a great decision as the workout was pretty tough.
I completed the 2 miles in 26:47 and got 40 lunges in 2 minutes. Pic of the workout attached. Numbers I Yellow are the weights I did.
