          Mountain bike on challenging trails with a 10 – 15 daypacks will get your HR up and your legs burning!

          One does have to watch out for injury….. make sure your bike fits you correctly and wear PPE in case you fall.

          The app “Trailforks” helps you find trails in your area with lots of options.

            City dwelling Downtown small business owner here. I commute to and from work via mountain bike a few times per week, weather permitting; 11 miles and much of it through high-violent-crime Indian Country. Like Wes said, good workout. Not a bad situational awareness tool as well since there are plenty of ways to die doing it.
