            I’m unimpressed by that guys article. he strings together a lot of stuff everyone already knows, hypes it up as if its new and different and calls it how the mainstream is corrupt.

            Weird..

            Vitamin C (or E etc) does not cure EBola.

            Having said that the better your immune system the more likely you may survive and infection (it does not make getting infected in the first place less likely though)

            Most americans are already well rested and well fed enough to run their immune system near optimum as it is.

            Getting lots of rest and immune supporting vitamins will not hurt.
            But a cure or an immunization or a pancea they are not.

            Not getting infected in the 1st place is the best defense.
