These are 25 workouts to do at home, to be completed in order, starting December 1st and running through Christmas day. It’s a great way to stay in shape over the holiday season, where many people lose focus on PT.
I’m looking for a headcount of people willing to commit to doing them and sharing results, so that my programming isn’t going to waste.
Max will sometimes mention the lack of engagement on the forum- it’s not just him who notices. It takes some work to put together 25 days of programming. I’m happy to do it, but what I’m not happy about is the lack of participation.
What I intend to do is program the 25 days, and push it out privately to those 5 who expressed interest. We can have a single post following the 25 days, for camaraderie and discussion.
