        5 Rounds for Time:
        15x Box Jumps
        3x Hand-over-Hand Sled Pulls (10m)

        Notes
        -If you don’t have a box to jump on, look for a retaining wall, sturdy bench, boulder, etc
        -If you have longer rope/webbing, feel free to change the sled pulls from 3x10M to something else totalling 30m per round. In terms of what to attach to the rope, if you don’t have a sled, you can use a tire w/weight, a sandbag, a backpack, etc.

          Had to improvise, no rope! Tow straps and a good pair of gloves…got it done!!!

              THAT hurt. 24:02. 295#
              225# weights; sled was 70#

              Wasn’t until I was done I figured out the gym turf was wet in one stop…Making it tend times harder to pull. Just thought this 52 yr old sucked. Which I do.
