        6 min Time Cap, w/ 15# vest/gear
        4 Rounds for Time:
        5x Burpees
        20m Shuttle Run (10m out and back)
        10x Alternating Lunges
        40m Farmer Carry (10m out and back twice) min. 20# implements

              I was purposely trying to go at slow steady pace… Right around 5 minutes

              My best time so far on this was 3:50

                Purposefully going slow and still did 3:50??? Geeze dude…I feel like an old, arthritic, fat rhino working out with a cheetah! But, I’ll keep at it!!! Solid showing man!!!
