30x Single Arm Landmine Push Press
-This is a workout design sometimes called a “chipper”, you need to complete all the reps of each movement before moving onto the next
-I’m hoping the run, burpees and zercher squat are self-explanatory. IF NOT, LET ME KNOW and I can direct you to some videos
-Single Arm Landmine Push Press: most of you presumably don’t have access to a barbell, you can EASILY use a log or something long and heavy, but if not, just do single arm push presses with what you have available (dumbbell, kettlebell, etc) If you have an odd object, be aware, you might need to use a support hand to help steady it.

OK, I get old man stupid points though. I ran .4 miles on a treadmill each time. Afterwards I determined 800M = .31. Look before you leap, right?
