        6 Rounds of Tabata:
        Situps
        -then-
        Push Press
        -then-
        Double Unders

        Tabata means 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. You’ll repeat all 6 rounds before moving to the next movement. You’re counting the number of reps you do each round. You can either write them down or just keep a running total for each movement in your head.

        Many people can’t do double unders with a jump rope, that’s ok, some other options:
        -single unders (IE traditional jumping rope)
        Don’t Have a Jump Rope?
        -Tuck Jumps
        -“Box” jumps on a very short box
        -Jumping jacks

            BACK IN!!!

            Sit ups: 157
            Push press (75 lbs sandbag): 110
            Jumping Jacks (couldn’t find my rope): 147

            Felt the burn on the sit ups 😜

                    I did some extracurriculars and forgot about my actual results, just piecing things together from memory:

                    Situps: 85ish
                    Push Press: 45ish @ 95# barbell
                    Double Unders: 160ish

                      Catching back up. Couple to add today. Benn doing lots of Brute Force Sandbag workoits as well.

                      97 situps
                      47 70# push press
                      156 single jump rope
                      Had lots of gas left. So…
                      100# bag 50 yd carry x3
