        3 Rounds for Time of:
        30x Lunges
        20x 4-count Flutter Kicks
        10x Pushups
        50m Suitcase Carry

        Notes:
        -lunges: each leg counts as one rep
        -flutter kicks: easiest way to do it is pick a foot and count a rep every other time that foot comes
        -suitcase carry: you’re only carrying one object in one hand, recommended load should be heavier than one of the implements from farmer’s carries, but not as heavy as both together
